About this place
When you need a hearty meal during the midday rush, the combination sets featuring oden are a dependable choice. The special oyakodon comes with 2 pieces of oden and miso soup, letting you savor tender simmered bites alongside your chicken-and-egg rice bowl. For noodles, the shrimp tempura udon in flying fish broth (ago dashi) arrives with tamago kake gohan (rice with raw egg) and 2 pieces of oden, pairing a savory, warming broth with a satisfying rice course. Lunch service is brisk, making the shop a practical stop when you want to eat well on a tight schedule.
The standalone meal menu features classic rice bowls such as kitsune don, beef bowls, tanin don (beef and egg), and tamagotoji don, alongside udon, chicken rice porridge (zosui), and yakisoba. A dedicated oden selection includes simmered daikon radish, thick fried tofu (atsuage), round fish cakes (maruten), burdock root fish cakes (goboten), stuffed tofu pouches (kinchaku), and beef tendon, inviting diners to order their favorite pieces on the side. In the evening, the establishment transitions into an izakaya serving small dishes with beer and other drinks. Payment is cash only.
